Terms and Conditions
As with any internet site, we unfortunately must have terms and conditions about how you use the site, and your conduct within our domain.
By registering with tvChix.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out on this page.
Failure to abide by our terms and conditions will result in your account being terminated and denied further access to the site.
- You agree that tvChix cannot and shall not be held responsible for any losses or damage or liabilities, consequential or otherwise, loss of revenue or projected revenue or profit, incurred by yourself as a direct or indirect result of using this site.
- tvChix allows user submitted profiles and images, which appear immediately on the web for public viewing. You agree that tvChix cannot be held responsible for the content of these profiles. At our discretion, images or profile content which are of an offensive or objectionable nature will be removed within a reasonable timeframe after being notified, with the submitting users account being removed at our discretion.
- We may, at our discretion, suspend or revoke access to users who appear to be using automated download tools, or in our opinion are accessing tvChix in a non-standard way. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking attempts, spoofing attempts, attempts to access restricted profiles/images or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the site. In such cases your account may be terminated without warning.
- You are permitted to create a profile, which is publicly displayed. You understand that any information or images you submit to appear on your profile is potentially accessible to the public, on the website.
- Various areas of the site allow users to post comments, articles, and forum posts. You agree that tvChix cannot be held responsible for any objectionable, inflammatory, misleading, libellous or slanderous user submitted comments or content. At our discretion, we reserve the right to remove such content, within a reasonable timeframe when given written notification of the exact url to the content, and specific details of the objection.
- You agree that tvChix will not be held responsible for any unwanted contact as a result of information you submit to your tvChix profile. By default, your registered email address is not displayed on tvChix. If you subsequently add your email address or mobile cellphone number to the publicly visible textual section of your profile, you are agreeing that tvChix.com cannot be held responsible for any undesired emails or phone calls from other tvChix users or otherwise.
- We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, delete or prevent access to the site for individuals or groups of users without warning or explanation.
- Contributing to the site is voluntary. Whilst we are very grateful for all funding from our users, please remember that a donation to the site does not form a contract of agreement, and we are under no obligation to provide you with any level of service. In addition, contributing to tvChix does not grant you immunity from profile suspension or removal, should you fail to adhere to our site rules and abuse policy.
- In cases where we suspect your images or profile are disgenuine or plagiarised, the onus is on you to prove to us that they are. This is for our own users protection. We may ask for various forms of documentation or images, to ascertain that your profile is genuine and free from stolen or fraudulent content. Providing such requested items is of course, voluntary, but we reserve the right to revoke access to the site if you choose not to supply these to tvChix. No other means of verifying your profile are acceptable by tvChix, other than the documentation or verification image requested.
- tvChix.com is visited regularly by various search engines, who may choose to cache the content of profiles on their own servers, including images and any publicly visible text and contact information you have entered on your profile. You agree that tvChix is not responsible for the removal of any content from search engines.
- You must be at least 18 and legally classed as an adult in your country of origin to register with tvChix. We reserve the right to suspend, remove, or demand verification from users we suspect to be legally classed as minors.
- We operate a zero tolerance policy on underage sexual content. Any user publishing images, videos or sexual content depicting minors on tvChix will be removed from the site. tvChix will always work closely with the relevant authorities to report incidents of suspected child or sexual abuse, computer misuse, or submission of illegal content.
- If you are unhappy with any terms, conditions, policies, features or guidelines of tvChix, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue usage of the site. You may unregister from the site at any time, by going to My Account -> Delete My Profile.
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, process, broadcast, make available to the public, or otherwise use any content found on tvChix in any way, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any tvChix content except for your own personal use. Any other use of tvChix content requires prior written permission from tvChix.
